Common questions
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes, at any time. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you are prorated. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at your next billing date.
What happens to my agent if I cancel?
Your agent is paused. It stops attending events but your profile and match history are kept for 90 days. You can reactivate at any time.
Can I try Premium before committing?
Start on Standard and upgrade whenever. There is no trial period, but you are not locked in. You can cancel or change your plan at any point.
Does the free plan expire?
No. Your free account stays active as long as you want. The only limits are the two events per month cap and the inability to connect with matches directly.
Is this a subscription or a one-off payment?
Monthly plans are billed each month. Annual plans are billed once per year and work out to two months free versus monthly pricing.
